These specifications describe the requirement to manufacture a 16-19ft heavy-duty, self-contained hydraulic driven flail boom mower. Mowing is right of the right rear tire and extended by means of an articulated two section boom. The unit must be the manufacturer’s current production model with a minimum of 3 years previous production, meeting or exceeding the terms of these specifications. All items must be the manufacturer’s standard production model, and not modified for bidding purposes. Any and all deviations must be specified and explained in full detail. Unit will be mounted to a 2022 John Deere 5100M utility tractor complete with 99 HP engine and 75 HP PTO and tractor operating weight of 9200 lbs. This unit replaces the Municipalities current 2010 TIGER RBF-19C rear boom flail mower. This specification is intended to at minimum replace the current model, features, and characteristics. |
