This project consists of the erection of three chimney structures, grading, and landscaping works. The three chimney structures include a 56 foot, 20 foot, and 15 foot structure constructed on cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundations. The 56 foot chimney structure will consist of a covered hollow structural steel superstructure at ground level with a concrete masonry block structure extending to it’s full height. The 20 and 15 foot structures will consist structural angle steel wall sections to their respective full heights. The grading and landscaping works shall include construction of a new sidewalk, construction of furnished raised bed planting areas, planting of trees and shrubbery, site grading, and site restoration as necessary.
