The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington requires the services of a Consulting firm, with expertise in designing public parks and recreation facilities, to provide professional and technical design services for the development of Bayview Park and improvements to Rick Atkin Park and Seacliff Park.  The scope of the services to be provided are, but not limited to, the following: conceptual and detailed design, project management, finalize design drawings, prepare contract documents, tendering, contract administration and inspection services.  
As noted, this RFP encompasses three (3) separate project locations.  The Municipality is including all three projects under the umbrella of this one RFP as similar consulting expertise and outcomes are required for each project.  Proponents shall submit a separate proposal for each of the three projects which will illustrate their experience with similar projects, proposed solutions and the project specific costing and timing.
