Re-alignment of the Jacob Fox Drain to allow for development. The developer is looking to have a company onsite and work to begin right away, please note the tight timelines in the tender documents. There is another portion of work which will include a municipal road crossing and buffer strip installation however that will be tendered separately approximately 1 month from now. It is Municipal policy that the plan takers list is not shared to the public. Companies that are members in good standing with the Windsor Construction Association and/or Heavy Construction Association of Windsor AND have a full access membership to Zone 1, Link2Build, can list themselves on the project on Link2Build with the “I’m Interested” button. |
