The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington invites qualified. RECO-licensed Commercial Real Estate Brokerages to submit Proposals for Brokerage Services related to the sale of Municipal-owned property located at 125 Talbot Street West, Leamington. 

The Municipality wishes to award a one-year Contract, with the option of a one-year extension upon mutual agreement.
