The work to be carried out under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all equipment, labour, supervision, and materials necessary to carry out the following: Closed-circuit television inspection and cleaning of the Leamington Pollution Control Centre (LPCC) outfall sewer starting from Manhole MH-UV located at the LPCC property to and including Manhole MH-Final located at the shore of Lake Erie. To complete the inspection and cleaning, temporary bypass pumping will be handled by the LPCC by diverting plant flows to the Selkirk Drain upstream of MH-UV. Use of the Selkirk Drain as a temporary bypass method has been approved by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MOECP) and Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA), contingent upon adhering to agreed-upon terms. |
