The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington (Municipality) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design and construction services for a
Performer Room and Maintenance Garage (Building) at the Seacliff Park. This new Building would be located near the Sunset® Amphitheatre and include a large room for individuals and groups performing at the amphitheater to relax and prepare for  their show, accessible washrooms and change rooms and a three-bay maintenance and storage garage.
