The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington requires the services of an Engineering Consulting firm, with expertise in municipal, road, water, sewer design and construction administration. The successful firm will provide professional services to complete the detailed design and associated engineering services for the Margaret, Audrey, Jane, Clair and Sherk Sewer Separation and Road Reconstruction. See the attached map in Schedule A . The scope of the services to be provided are the following but not limited to: data collection, project management, approval acquisition, preliminary design, detailed design, contract administration, fulltime on-site inspection related services during construction and certification associated with the project. The design must make efficient use of resources, contain proven innovation, offer a consistent high degree of environmental protection and be cost effective to operate and maintain. Tendering, contract administration and inspection services are part of this project.
